Sebastian brings a wealth of experience to his role as Property Manager, having previously served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at UMass Memorial Health. At Byrnes Property Management, he plays a vital role in overseeing 170 units and managing relationships with 35 landlords.

 

Sebastian’s day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property walkthroughs, drafting new leases and lease renewals, assisting tenants and landlords with any questions or needs, attending property inspections, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. He also manages rent collection, helping to maintain smooth operations across all properties.

 

Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys golfing and traveling. Looking ahead, he aspires to invest in a multifamily property, furthering his passion for real estate and property management.
