Byrnes Property Management was established in 2024 by Mike Byrnes, built on a strong foundation of hands-on experience, commitment, and a genuine passion for real estate. Prior to launching BPM, Mike successfully owned and managed over 200 rental units of his own—gaining invaluable, first-hand insight into the day-to-day challenges and opportunities landlords face. His journey in the industry began even earlier, with the launch of Byrnes Real Estate Group in 2022.

What started as a personal pursuit has grown into a thriving business. Today, Byrnes Property Management proudly manages more than 750 rental units, HOA complexes, and commercial spaces, a testament to our team's commitment to excellence and results. Our rapid growth is matched only by the expansion of our team—a group of talented professionals who share the same vision and values that sparked BPM from the start.
