Follow along through Brett's journey with Byrnes Property Management.

A few months ago we began managing our client Brett's properties. One reason he decided to hire us was because when dealing with his eleven tenants, he no longer had time for his full-time job in sales. Brett wanted to enjoy his life and step away from the hassle of being a full-time landlord, while still seeing income. Overall, Brett's experience with us has been a very positive one.


His investment journey began in March of 2023. He knew of other investors and had saved up money that was just sitting in a bank account. After having a conversation with Mike Byrnes he decided investing in properties was the best use of his savings. Brett feels that investing in real estate is secure in comparison to other forms of investing such as stocks. "There are many ebbs and flows but it's linear and the long-term gains are very stable." On the contrary, Brett says what he least likes about investing is managing tenants as this is a 24/7 job.


Since Brett began working with Byrnes Property Management, he has significantly more time for himself. Landlord duties are no longer lingering over his head, and he does not have to be available for tenants around the clock. The time value added by Byrnes Property Management greatly outweighs the small loss in short-term gains.  For anyone who owns a property, the addition of property management makes for the best outcome. Brett stated, "There is not anyone who shouldn't use property management if they are in it for the long-term gain."
