Nick plays a key role as Leasing Coordinator, managing 175 units across properties for 5 landlords. His day-to-day responsibilities include rent collection, coordinating maintenance appointments, processing tenant applications, and listing and showing vacant units. Nick also handles lease preparations, move-in documentation, and conducts property walkthroughs to ensure smooth transitions for tenants. He maintains regular communication with both tenants and landlords, keeping operations seamless and efficient.

 

Outside of work, Nick is passionate about basketball and is currently the Varsity Assistant Coach at Algonquin Regional High School. Looking ahead, he is eager to deepen his knowledge of the real estate industry with the goal of building his own real estate portfolio in the future. Nick’s dedication and strong work ethic make him an invaluable part of the Byrnes Property Management team.
