Nick is a leasing coordinator focused on getting vacant units filled as quickly and

efficiently as possible for landlords. He manages the entire process from start to

finish, photographing and marketing each vacancy, creating and posting listings,

and conducting all showings. He then moves into screening applicants, collecting

deposits, preparing and executing lease agreements, and coordinating smooth

move-ins. His hands-on, end-to-end approach minimizes vacancy time while delivering a seamless, professional experience for both landlords and tenants.

Outside of work, Nick is passionate about basketball and is currently the Varsity Assistant Coach at Algonquin Regional High School. Looking ahead, he is eager to deepen his knowledge of the real estate industry with the goal of building his own real estate portfolio in the future. Nick’s dedication and strong work ethic make him an invaluable part of the Byrnes Property Management team.
