She holds a BSBA in Marketing and an MBA in Project Management, bringing a strategic yet execution-focused approach to the organization.

In her role, Devin works across teams to improve structure, streamline operations, and strengthen communication, ensuring Shared Services effectively supports each business unit. She is also a licensed real estate agent in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, providing practical industry insight that enhances cross-entity alignment and decision-making.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with her husband and their puppy and values building a career that aligns with both purpose and lifestyle.
